Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the US.

What is your US shipping policy?

Orders placed in the continental US receive free shipping on orders $75 or more.

Continental US orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS). All ground product orders require 1-3 business days to process and up to 5-7 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business day to process and will then be shipped through the method of your choice.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information. You can also track your order on your account page under “Orders”.

How can I make changes to my order?

Once placed, online orders cannot be cancelled or changed. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all online orders are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. However, you may return orders for a refund.

How do I return an item?

The process is easy! Simply email Customer Care at customercare@callys-usa.com with the reason for your return to get started. Please use the word “Returns” and your Order Number in the subject line of your email.

All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used within 10 business days of our Customer Care department receiving your order. We will notify you once your return has been processed.

What is your returns policy?

At CALLYS, our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your skin, so if you’re not totally satisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of your purchase, provided that it is at least half full.

Please note: Only items purchased on callys-usa.com may be accepted for returns.
